Congratulations to CSM's Cappella Lyrica on their recent success at the Derry International Choral Festival, winning 1st prize in the Female-voice competition and also top prize in the hotly-contested Youth Choir competition. They were accompanied by Grainne Ni Luasa, who is a member of the Choir. Their success comes after a busy start to the year when they premiered Out Into by Emily Hall with Internationally acclaimed Crash Ensemble at the 2017 Sounds of a Safe Harbour Festival. Cappella Lyrica is a 35 strong choir of full-time students at the CSM. Well done to their Founder and Conductor, Maria Judge.
