Lecturer in Percussion

Based in the south of Ireland, Fionn has established himself as a conscientious and respected professional – both as a performer and educator. Since 2010, Fionn has dedicated the vast majority of his time to expanding the popular music education opportunities available in his hometown of Cork. He now teaches Drum Kit and Rhythm Theory as part of the BA (Hons) Popular Music degree course at the MTU Cork School of Music.

Away from his role as an educator, Fionn has been fortunate enough to perform with notable Irish-based musicians such as Karen Underwood, John O’Brien, Cormac McCarthy, Camilla Griehsel, Cork Opera House Concert Orchestra, Pádraig Rynne’s Notify, Jack O’Rourke, Marlene Enright and Rebecca Storm.
