Since we closed our doors on the 12th March, we have missed sharing the hard work of our students with you and the greater community. CIT Cork School of Music presents approximately 400 performances/events each year and is an important cultural hub for Cork, as well as a creative home for our students and staff.
We are delighted that the Crawford Art Gallery was eager to maintain our Music at Midday partnership, despite the current restrictions, and showcase our students virtually instead.
This special online edition of Music at Midday will feature Ellen and Anna Jansson, piano students of Mary Beattie. They will perform Maurice Ravel's "Ma mère l’Oye" ("Mother Goose") and Antonín Dvořák's Slavonic Dances, Op. 72: No. 1.
