BY AIR
Cork International Airport is connected to most major UK cities and several continental European cities. Cork Airport is about 8km from the CIT Cork School of Music. A taxi will cost approximately €20. The Bus Éireann 226 bus departs outside the terminal building and terminates at Parnell Place Bus Station, a 5-minute walk from the CIT Cork School of Music. The service operates from 7:30am to 7:30pm, departs hourly on the half hour and takes approximately 20 minutes. A single fare is approximately €2.70.

BY RAIL

BY BUS
There are direct and regular bus services to Cork from Dublin, Limerick, Waterford, Galway, and Tralee/Killarney. Bus Éireann runs a service on each of these routes. Other companies include GoBé for Dublin-Cork, Aircoach for Dublin-Cork and City Link for Galway/Limerick-Cork. Bus Éireann and GoBé services arrive at Parnell Place Bus Station. BY CAR
The M7/M8 motorway connects Cork to Dublin, and there are national roads linking Cork to Waterford, Limerick, Galway and Tralee. The CIT Cork School of Music is most easily reached from the N25 South Ring Road. There is limited on-street parking near the CIT Cork School of Music and several multi-storey car parks, of which the nearest is City Hall car park.
